Palestinian pantry & gifting

Home can travel with you.

Family recipes, ingredients from the land, and the rituals we carry from one home to another. Made in Jordan, prepared to order.

From our earth, wherever home is.

ARDAAK — أرضك — means “your land.” A small house of Palestinian food, memory and hospitality, made to keep home close in the diaspora, and to invite others to our table.أرضك يعني أرضك ووطنك. بيت صغير للأكل الفلسطيني والذاكرة والضيافة، عشان يضل الوطن قريب بالشتات، وعشان نفتح سُفرتنا للي حابب يعرفنا.

The first gesture

The Welcome

Date Balls · Maamoul · Arabic Coffee

Al Muneh

A small shelf of things worth keeping.

Not a huge catalogue. Just the pantry staples, mezze and hospitality foods we would actually keep, serve and send ourselves.

A piece of Palestine, wherever you are

Made for remembering, discovering and giving.

For the diaspora

02

For the curious

An honest introduction to Palestinian food culture through the things we actually eat, serve and share.

03

For gifting

For Palestinians and non-Palestinians alike: a gift with a story, a table and a place behind it.

The ARDAAK story

A home is also what you keep alive.

Palestinians learned to make home wherever life carried them: not by forgetting where they came from, but by keeping stories, recipes and rituals alive around the table. ARDAAK carries that instinct forward.

Jordan is home too: the place the founder grew up, the land where ARDAAK is made, and where the family olive farms look toward Palestine. The AK in ARDAAK also carries the family name Abu-Khadra — “Green Father” — another thread between family, cultivation and land.

From our earth, wherever home is.
